A series of participatory Community Arts Projects exploring our physical and mental spaces as individuals and global citizens through creative non verbal expression.

Following the nature of folk dances which allow each person to freely express themselves with movement and sounds we encourage and guide participants, mostly with no performing experience, to tell their stories creatively through movement, sound and art play.
